Ingredients

2 Pillsbury Toaster Strudel frozen raspberry pastries

1/4 cup finely diced peeled mango

1/4 cup finely diced fresh pineapple

1 kiwifruit, peeled and finely diced

1 tablespoon shredded sweetened coconut, if desired

Instructions

Step 1
Toast and squeeze icing on pastries as directed on package. Place each on small serving plate.

Step 2
In small bowl, toss cut fruit. Serve alongside or on top of pastries. Sprinkle with coconut.
