Toaster Strudel Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
Take the fall flavors of our Pumpkin Pie Toaster Strudel to the next delicious level. When you use them as a base for these cheesecake bars, you get an extra-special treat!
2 boxes Pillsbury Toaster Strudel pumpkin pie pastries
2 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 oz white chocolate, melted
1 jar pumpkin butter spread
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease 9x13 inch dish with cooking spray.
Toast each strudel per directions on the box and lay them flat in the dish.
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Beat in vanilla, white chocolate and eggs.
Pour mixture over Toaster Strudels and smooth with a spatula.
Bake for 25-30 mins. until center is just set.
Remove bars from oven and gently spread pumpkin butter over top of bars.
Cover and chill for two hours.
To serve, cut bars into squares and top with strudel icing and crushed graham crackers.
